I am a passionate advocate of the environment. I firmly believe in leaving nature alone - human intervention only causes more trouble. I am the former owner and designer of Australia's only Ecotourism accredited garden, Timandra in the Clare Valley, South Australia. This garden, under my jurisdiction, won a Bronze Medal at the 2007 South Australian Tourism Commission Awards. This garden was a show-piece for the justification of sustainable gardening. It was a garden well ahead of its time, because the inception of the garden was in 1995 when there was enormous skepticism directed towards me for my sustainable principles. Fortunately, these prnciples of mine have put me in good stead, well ahead of my peers. I now regard myself as one of the prime movers for sustainable landscapes. I have a Diploma of Horticulture and many years of experience designing and constructing dramatic, sustainable gardens of significance.

NOTICE OF ART EXHIBITION IN PORTLAND

Hi
I would like to inform people that I have an art exhibition in the Tea Tree Gallery for the duration of October, 2010. The Tea Tree Gallery is situated in the main street of Portland opposite the Westpac bank. My style is quite eclectic, ranging from oil landscapes to contemporary watercolour and acrylic, with pieces being both large and small. My prices are also very reasonable, considering that many of them have good quality frames, done by a specialist picture framer. The rest are boxed canvas which need no frames. Some watercolours that are available by viewing privately with me are with mount in cellophane for easy cartage.
Please note that even tho' my prices are competitive, they are all negotiable when purchased directly through me.
